HATKO Aquaculture has started fish farming since 1991 first in Eceabat / Canakkale then moved the fish farming Sea Bream and Sea Bass to Bodrum – Mugla. A large part of its production is exported to European countries.

Our establishment happens to be the first offshore fish farm in Bodrum region. The current capacity of the offshore facility is almost 4000 tons / a year with recent improvements.

HATKO Aquaculture’s facilities:

• Hatko Hatchery is located by Gokova bay in Oren – Mugla. The juvenile capacity of Sea Bass and Sea Bream is around 19.500.000 pieces per year.
• Cage Facilities: Four offshore sites are established in the region with a fixed sea depth of 57 meters at 1 mile from Kucuk Tavsan Island connected to Gundogan and 2 miles from the mainland.
• Our production facilities are ASC and Global GAP certified. Hatko Aquaculture’s experienced team is capable to grow high quality fish with European standards.
