HATKO Group of Companies puts Research and Development as forefront of its activities. Hatko mainly performs research and development studies on progressive mold technologies, reel-to-reel electrolytic metal plating, plastic injection, photovoltaic energy generation, and innovative production technologies.

Hatko employs experienced engineers, technicians and enters into strong university collaborations in order to perform its R&D activities.

HATKO R&D Center is state-certified by the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology since October 16, 2017, and since then HATKO has successfully completed and commercialized projects with the support of TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB and KOSGEB.

Our R&S laboratory is accredited by TÜV Rheinland and UL for tests according to IEC 61210:2010 standards. 

In October 2020, HATKO ranked 241st among the companies with the highest R&D investment, according to the research conducted by the Turkishtime R&D 250 magazine.

In 2018, HATKO ranked 40^th in Innovation in Turkey’s first innovation development program, InovaLIG, and received a Certificate of Excellence in the Innovation Results category.
